THE REFINERY TEAM

He opened the doors to Refinery Hair Co. in the spring of 2019. He has more than a decade of experience. He specializes in several different types of extensions, balayage and hair cutting.

"I love the friendships I've built with clients and my peers. I get to use my creativity everyday to make people feel amazing. Since opening, we've grown from 11 employees to more than 30 of the most dedicated and talented team members. Personally, I've taken hours of advanced education, along with many on our team, and have received several certifications. I married my longtime partner David, we bought a house, and have welcomed two new pug babies: Margaret & Mellie.

Ali is one of our original stylists who believed in us when we were just an idea. She has more than 10 years of experience in the industry. Ali specializes in blonding, dimensional brunettes and Brazilian smoothing services.

Sara has been a part of the Refinery team since day 1. She has a little over 7 years of experience in the industry and has focused her education on specializing in blondes.

Becca has been lending her talents to the Refinery for just over 2 years. With 12 years of industry experience, she has specialized in balayage, vivids, and Bellami Extensions.

Lia is one of our original stylists lending her talents to us from the day we opened our doors. She has more than 14 years of experience. Lia specializes in color services, transformations, bringing inspiration pics to life, and changing up client looks. She’s also been the top seller of hair care products every year.

Beth is one of our original stylists and one of the most consistent since our very first day. With more than 22 years of experience, Beth specializes in color and highlight services, balayage, and Brazilian blowouts. She’s also certified to do Bellami Hair Extensions.

Chloe is one of our day one stylists. Since attending school at the Aveda Institute in Los Angeles, she has gained 8 years of experience in the hair industry. Through that time she has come to specialize in blondes, dimensional color, and extensions.

Amanda has been sharing her creativity and amazing sense of humor with us for more than two years. She has more than 15 years experience. Amanda specializes in short haircuts, updo styles, blonding services, hair extensions, and even perms.

Jordan has been sharing her creativity and upbeat personality with us for three years. She has more than six years of experience in the industry. Jordan specializes in Vivids (bright & bold colors) and balayage.

Alysse moved to the Refinery in 2021 and has become an asset to our team. She has more than 16 years of experience and has a loyal following of clients. Alysse specializes in blonding.

Jaydace has been sharing his vibe and creating memorable looks with us for just under a year. He has more than four years of experience in the industry and a loyal following. Jaydace specializes in extensions, color and blonding.

She has more than 20 years of experience in the industry and she’s always furthering her education to learn new techniques. Kristie specializes in cutting, balayage, color (especially red) and blonding. She also uses her product knowledge to consistently be one of our yearly top sellers of hair care products.

Jordan brings more than two years experience to the Refinery. She's been working with people for several years and has a knack for customer service. She specializes in blonding and color services. She's soon to be extension certified.

Jordan is an avid reader and loves to spend time with her family. Her favorite thing about working at the Refinery is seeing a client smile and develop more confidence with their new hair.

Julia loves that each day at the Refinery brings a new learning experience. She has a passion for the industry and loves doing major transformations on clients. Julia's favorite part of the job is making a client's vision become reality.

When she's not lending her talent to the Refinery, Julia enjoys going to music festivals, hanging out with friends and spending time with her family.
